Evaluation Program Overview
Turbolinux offers prospective customers the ability to install and try Cluster Server 8 for thirty days before purchasing it.
You may choose to download the ISOs directly from this site (total download approximately 975MB) or have CD-ROMs mailed to you.
The evaluation version includes:
- 2 ATM Nodes
- 2 Server Nodes
Instructions
- Fill out the request form. Partially completed forms can not be processed.
- You will receive an e-mail with the 30-day cluster server license attached. This file will need to be placed in the following directory: /etc/clusterserver/.licenses
- If you requested to download the ISOs, the URL, logon and password will also be included in the e-mail. If you chose to have the CD-ROMs mailed to you, you can expect to receive them in approximately 5-10 working days.
Please keep in mind, the Cluster Server 8 ATM (Advanced Traffice Manager) nodes must be installed on a system running Turbolinux 8 Server (included with product) or Turbolinux Enterprise Server 8 (purchased seperately). The machines being clustered can run variations of Linux, Solaris, Windows or Unix.
