Communication of to and from the CMC is secured using the SSL protocol. The first time you connect to the CMC, the browser may also pop up an alert telling you about the security certificate on in the CMC system. The SSL certificate was generated when you installed Turbolinux Cluster LoadBalancer 10. Since it is valid for one year, you will need to regenerate a new SSL certificate each year in order to keep it valid. You can execute the 'tlclb_certificate' command or choose the 'New certificate generation' entry 'turboclusteradmin' Menu.
To execute the tlclb_certificate program, use the following command:
# tlclb_certificate |
In addition, the tlclb_certificate program can be executed from the turboclusteradmin tool. Select 'New certificate generation' from the menu list. You will see the same window that you saw while installing Turbolinux Cluster LoadBalancer 10.
