Turbolinux FUJI contains a Web browser called Firefox. Firefox is a second dominant Web browser next to Microsoft Internet Explorer today, in which state-of-the-art technologies have been implemented to improve operability for users and user-friendliness such as the tab browse function or pop-up advertising prevention function. Turbolinux FUJI also contains plug-ins as default to execute Java applets and Macromedia Flash contents, enabling the user to enjoy these Web contents without extra settings.

Turbolinux FUJI contains an e-mail client called Thunderbird. State-of-the-art technologies have been implemented in Thunderbird to improve operability for users and user-friendliness such as spam mail prevention function, searching mails, creating a find folder, and RSS reader. It also eliminates most of the viruses, which are the common cause of trouble for Windows mail clients.

The instant messenger (sometimes referred to as an IM client) is an application to enjoy chatting (conversation using characters) on the Internet. The instant message services provided by Yahoo! Japan or MSN are well known. Turbolinux FUJI allows the user to connect to these services using an instant messenger called Kopete.
